Sports Rehabilitation
There is nothing more frustrating than having a pain, ache, or injury slow you down in the gym or with any other aspect of your life. It can be tempting to assume that temporary rest or ignoring the problem will spontaneously resolve the issue, but oftentimes this impairment persists and can negatively impact your lifestyle and quality of life.
An Initial Consultation includes:
A comprehensive assessment and movement screen analysis
Education regarding contributing factors to your symptoms
Dry needling
Joint mobilizations/manipulations
Cupping/myofascial decompression
Soft tissue interventions
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations (sometimes called “graston”)
Kinesiotape/Rocktape
A home exercise program designed specifically for your needs
Each Initial Consultation is 60 minutes in duration with one-on-one service.
Follow Up Visits are 60 minutes in duration, also with one-on-one service.

Why We Do Not Accept Insurance
Tideline Sports Performance & Rehabilitation believes in quality over quantity. Unfortunately, the current insurance based healthcare model is not conducive to this type of practice, as insurance companies do not prioritize your musculoskeletal health or recovery. Our team aims to provide the highest quality of care in a one-on-one environment with only your best interests and goals in mind. This allows for a faster recovery in fewer visits and ultimately less money spent by you!
Upon request we can check your insurance coverage to see if you have qualifying out of network benefits (many plans do!). If so, a receipt can be provided to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Oftentimes most or all of your visit may be covered this way.
