One Roof. Three Ways to Get You Back to What You Love.
Sports physical therapy, performance training, and nutrition coaching — working together so you can train without limits.
One Clinic. Every Tool to Get You Back to Full Training.
The traditional rehab model was designed around insurance schedules, not your goals. We built something different — a clinic where every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands what it means to be an athlete.
One-on-One, Every Visit
You get 60 uninterrupted minutes with your sports doctor — no aides, no shared time, no shortcuts. Your plan is built around you.
Board-Certified Sports Specialist
One of only two board-certified Sports Clinical Specialists in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, with a sports medicine residency from the Cleveland Clinic.

Root-Cause Assessment
We find what is actually causing the problem — not just where it hurts. Every plan starts with a full movement screen and thorough assessment.
Built to Keep You Active for Life
The goal is not just getting you out of pain. It is building the strength and resilience to stay active on your own terms — for the long haul.
Three Steps to Training Pain-Free
Find the Root Cause
A 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Full movement screen, thorough assessment, and a clear picture of what is actually going on.
Address and Solve Your Pain
A personalized plan built around your goals — combining hands-on treatment, specific exercises, and smart modifications so you can keep moving while you recover.
Build Long-Term Resilience
Strength, resilience, and the tools to self-manage — so you can stay active on your own terms without the constant fear of reinjury.

Frequently Asked Questions
We know you have questions before committing. Here are the ones we hear most from athletes and active adults considering Tideline.
Do I need a referral to be seen at Tideline?
No referral needed. You can schedule directly and be seen for a full 60-minute evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Florida is a direct access state, so you can start care without a referral.
Why cash-based vs out of network? What does that mean for me?
Cash-based means your care is not dictated by insurance. Visits are 60 minutes, one-on-one, focused entirely on your goals — not a billing code. We provide superbills upon request so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer. HSA and FSA accepted.
Do you only work with competitive athletes?
Not at all. The majority of our patients are active adults — CrossFit members, runners, gym regulars, weekend warriors — who love training and do not want to stop. You do not need to compete professionally to belong here.
How many visits will I need?
Every case is different, but we give you a clear picture at your first visit. Most patients see meaningful improvement within the first few visits. Our goal is to get you better and keep you there — not to keep you coming back indefinitely.
Where are you located?
We are located at 5320 Lena Rd Suite 114, Bradenton, FL 34211 — near the junction of I-75 and SR-70 in the Lakewood Ranch area. Easy access from Bradenton, Sarasota, and surrounding communities.
